This update will help us better manage our time, keep our schedule running smoothly, and ensure appointments are available for everyone who needs them.

Mane Haus Cancelation/No Show Policy.
️Purpose:
To secure appointments and ensure we give every client the time and care they deserve as well as commitment from clients we require a card on file for all services scheduled. If you already have an appointment scheduled with us, you will be asked to keep a card on file for future appointments.
️Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service to the card on file.
️ No Show Policy:
-No show will also be charged 50% of their scheduled service to the card on file.
️ Rescheduling Policy:
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid your card being charged 50% of the scheduled service.
️ Exceptions:
- Exceptions to this policy may be made for emergencies on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us directly.
️ Acknowledgment:
This policy is strictly enforced and ensures that our time is respected. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Charges will not go towards future appointments scheduled.
